There are large number of Mechanical Equipments in modern logistics project, and theCrane which are mainly reserved for various types of material handling lifting operation play anvery important role in this field. Various types of Cranes must be equipped with content devicessuch as grab, clamp, sling devices and so on. It has been considerably very effectiveness toincrease Crane operating efficiency, reduce labor force and ensure personnel safety. So we needto calculate the dynamics of these content devices by using the simulation technology aboutdynamics.If we need to analysis the dynamic of the Crane accurately, experiment is the most effectiveand direct method, it can actually measure the load and structural stress of the Crane. However itcould not come true until the Crane has been done. Furthermore this method would been takenlong time, great risk and high cost.Currently, people generally used the finite element analysis software or multibody dynamicsanalysis software tools to deal with the dynamic problem, and the ADAMS is the popular way.However, ADAMS cannot analyze complex models well because of the place of the data storageand its solver.As the toolbox of MATLAB, the Simulink can solve the dynamic system well, and also canreduce the calculating time and error by using MATLAB.This article carrid out dynamics simulation analysis by banding the virtual prototype softwareADAMS and dynamic simulation software MATLAB/Simulink together, the aim is for theimplementation of the electromechanical integration technology, the kinetics simulation on thegrab bucket to the promotion of sports and dynamics dynamic analysis and mechanical imitationsports results.This article discussed the necessity and practicability of using electromechanical simulationtechnique about dynamic study and analysis of Crane, and analysed the dynamics characteristicabout the hoisting system of Grab by co-simulation method. The main work is as follows:1 This article built CAD model and virtual prototype completely about grab hoisting systemmodel, including the model of wire rope. And combinded the car, grab and wire rope as acomplete system -- Lifting System. Then simulated the coefficient of dynamics under kinds ofstate. It has not been seen in the past papers.2 This article studied the way of combining ADAMS and Simulink to carry on electromechanicalintegration emulation, to solve the problems when ADAMS solve complex modelsand complete use the Macro of the ADAMS command to build complex models quickly.3 Discussed the mathematical models, control diagram and the simulation blocks about theYZR -315M three-phase asynchronous motor. and in its electrical characteristics simulink.thissimulation.4 This article got grab hoisting system dynamics characteristic by using co-simulation methodand carriying out the kinetic analysis to Grab and Lifting-Opening mechanism and Dolly system,which provide foundation to the dynamics analysis of grab crane.
