Abstract/Summary:
In current urban construction, more and more emphases are placed on the development and utilization of underground space, and a basement used in both wartime and peacetime has become a very important architectural space. In Zhejiang Province and other eastern coastal areas with soft soil foundations, the costs of earth excavation, foundation pit supporting, drainage, etc. are high, so structural plan selection and optimization of an underground project becomes much more crucial to the whole project design index. Designing is the key stage in all of the control of project investment. In basement structure designing, it has been the focus of both owners and designers that how the optimization and selection can be made in the alternative structure plans, so to arrange reasonable layout, make full use of limited space, and meet both requirements of building function and economic rationality.This paper, adopting mainly the method of hierarchical analysis, meanwhile combining with theoretical analysis,comprehensive evaluation and instantiate project illustration, aims at making qualitative and quantitative analysis to all technical and economic factors influencing index of basements'structural plan, offers some comparatively operational methods for structure plan selection and optimization, and thereby optimally selects the most economic and feasible solution by complete analysis and comparison among a couple of alternative structure plans, so to provide some basis and reference for basement structure plan's optimal selection in future.
