The experiments of products of fast-pyrolysis of biomass have been researched separately. For the aquous phase, the experiments of hydrogen production and CMA and methane production after extraction were carried out. For fast-pyrolysis oil, study of emulsification of fast-pyrolysis oil and diesel oil was carried out.The experiment of hydrogen production via catalytic steam reforming of the aqueous phase derived from fast-pyrolysis of biomass was carried out in a bench scale fluidized bed reactor. The effects of reaction temperature, the ratio of steam to carbon and weight hourly space velocity of the aqueous phase on hydrogen yield, potential hydrogen yield and carbon selectivity of product gases were investigated. The aqueous phase derived from fast-pyrolysis of biomass was extracted with TBP/ n-hexane as extractant, afterwards, back-extraction was carried out to get CMA with CaO-MgO as back-extractant. The effect of volume ratios of TBP and n-hexane, volume ratios of extractant and the aquous phase, extraction time, agitation rates and extraction series was studied. Meanwhile, effect of cyclic series of extractant was studied. And the optimal conditions for extraction was obtained and total ion current of the aquous before extraction and raffinate phase was studied. For back-extraction, the effect of molar ratios of CaO-Mgo and acetic acid, feed Ca:Mg, back-extraction time and agitation rates was studied. And the optimal conditions for back-extraction was obtained and IR spectrum of CMA was analyzed. After extraction of the aqueous phase, it took anaerobic digestion reactors to dispose the effluent of microelectrolysis. They took anaerobic sludge as bacteria, then domesticated, after 5d HRT(Hydroli Retention Time), CODCr decreased above 80%. Because the complex organic compounds were decomposed to simple organic compounds, methane produced and energy can be recovered. There was cost analysis on production of CMA and methane from the aqueous phase.A new surfactants was found out. Emulsion stability was selected as the target, and the select of combined surfactants, cosurfactants and the ratio of cosurfactants and combined surfactants and the ratios of of biomass pyrolysis oil was researched, and the effect of HLB value, emulsifying temperature, emulsifying time on the emulsion stability was investigated. And emulsifying mechanization was studied.
