This issue is from the practical engineering project. Developing a software of monitor of welding error in BIW for a limited liability company. For its presence to monitor the error BIW Welding did research, design and use of hybrid programming practices three functional modules: wavelet transformation module, principal component analysis module, the main ingredient amending module. Error monitoring of the units commissioned BIW welding line by the compiled program.Based on principal component analysis theory and wavelet analysis, we research error monitoring system of BIW. Engineering role is to enhance the welding quality of BIW, and to improve the quality of vehicle manufacturing. Specifically disposed means: First, the use of wavelet transform decomposition of data into the system error and random error of data, reducing the deviation of the factors analyzed BIW complexity, for further analysis and processing improves the recognition rate and anti-noise performance. Then, principal component analysis of system error data, according to the contribution rate reduced-error post-extracts the main ingredients, and thus diagnoses error sources. Amendments to the principal component re-use of mathematical models, using principal component analysis and covariance matrix for data reconstruction, the principal component of the error of the amendment to amend the amount of isolated fixture, used to guide the work of adjusting Welding fixture. Ultimately, the realization of which is based on principal component analysis (PCA) and wavelet transform (WT) white body welding quality monitoring system.On the basic of principal component analysis theory, combined with practical engineering needs, proposed amendments to the principal component algorithm, basically solved the quality control of BIW assembly welding data in ultra-poor in the amendment, calculated welding fixture adjustment the amount of value. The advantage is operable and on-site guide.Applying the theory and algorithms, completed a commissioned unit BIW welding error control engineering applications, and introduced two application examples. Validate the principal component model calculations of the welding fixture revised amendment to the volume of welding errors in monitoring the effectiveness of ultra-deviator of the actual monitoring of the white body assembly has a positive role in guiding the work.
