As the development of society,people have created a large quantity of material wealthand the people's life was enriched dramatically. With the development of technology,thelifecycle of the products was shorter and shorter.At the same time, the quantity of scrappedproducts was rising rapidly so that leaded to a series of problems such as the shortage ofresources, pollution of the environment. Consequently,the study of the disassembly of thewaste product and how to improve the recovery rate had already become the most importantand considerable section of green design research,and it has become a key subject faced themanufacturing industry.The disassembly analysis of product was one important part of the design fordisassembly and recycling of scrapped products. In this paper, the disassembly analysis ofproduct and relative theory was studied deeply,systematically and comprehensive based on thedomestic and foreign researches on this field.The main content of this paper as follows:1.The study of the system info of design for disassembly.Including the characteristics ,thedefinition , the rules of design for disassembly,and the structure method of designing fordisassembly were researched mainly.2. The needed information of the study of product disassembly was analyzed, and themethod of extraction and expression of product disassembly information were also studied.3. The disassembly model was established,and the disassembly sequence was generated.The method of applying network connection diagram based on Three-dimensional assemblystructure to establish the disassembly model,and applying level network diagram to expressthe product disassembly model without connector was put forword. The concept ofadjacency constraint matrix was presented. Through the linear programming operation ofconstraints between sub-assembly or part, the viable disassembly sequence can be generated.4.The research of evaluation of disassembility. The influencing factors of productdisassembly were analysised firstly,and the evaluation was done according to the index ,suchas the disassembly time, accessibility, the ratio of standard parts, disassembly costs, noise,emissions and so on.
