Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter has no effect on flowing field ,keep the good universal, not sensitive to fluid pressure and viscosity are the properties that make them so wildly adopted. However, in the actual application of ultrasonic wave, it can he influenced by velocity, diameter, temperature when transmission in the fluid, thus affecting the measuring accuracy of Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter, so also needs further revised and improved. Firstly, aiming at velocity profile error, after accessed to a large number of domestic and foreign literature about ultrasonic flowmeter, for solid-liquid two-phase flow exist in the body section of the error problem, a section of the pipeline were divided into a number of information windows partition data collection methods of measurement. Secondly, in the analysis of ultrasonic Doppler flow measurement accuracy of the various factors, designed a measurement system which use TMS320LF2407A DSP as the core, the hardware circuit module to the introduce the GPRS as the data collection; the software part of a main program, data monitoring procedures and data processing procedures, etc. Again, the system uses the fast Fourier transform (FFT)-based method and the peak period gram approximation algorithms, and digital filter technology with the Doppler signal in the frequency domain processing is complete. Finally, debugged the hardware in THZK-1 type of test bench, complete the software debugging by CCS2000 and Matlab, and tested in self-building pipe to get measure data. After analyses the results of the test, proved that this system reached the basic requirements of industrial production on effective to improve the measurement precision.
