Low-rigidity components such as jet engine impeller,integrate swine and intergrate wall plate accunt for high proportion in the aerospace industry .Superlong turbine blade used in electronic generation is a kind of low-rigidity component.It will deformate dueing to cutting force and click force.Deformation of the workpiece will cause a common problem influence the accuracy and the surface quality .This paper discusses the methods to control the deformation Based on the analysis of highspeed machining process of the turbine Blade. The details is as following:Firstly,investgation on the cutting methods of the highspeed milling are carried out .the purpose is to induce the cutting force but with high cutting efficiency.Secondly,We used the finite element menthod to analysis the deformation of turbine blade by the software of ANSYS11.0and analysis the deformation data between the cutting parameters(cutting depth,cutting speed,feed per-tooth)and analysis the relationship between the deformation and cutting parameters.Finally, according the result optimize cutting parameters.Comparing the deferent cutting toolpath methods,highspeed spiral-cut is selected... |
