Study On The Ecological Regulation Mode And Evaluation Method Of River

River is an important carrier of the water ecological environment. Regulation of river not only meet the basic needs of flood discharge and storm drainage, but also try to keep the river natural features providing for the living space of aquatic organisms. Meanwhile, the regulation of river should consider from humanities, social, economical aspects, in order to satisfy the need of human activity.The regulation of river was mostly for flood control in China, and neglected the ecological function of the river, which often caused the regulation effect unsatisfactory and water pollution couldn't be completely solved. Recently, people pay more attention to ecological regulation of river and make some preliminary practices. But there is no complete system in river ecological regulation mode and ecological evaluation, which needs more theoretical study and practice.Based on the collection and study of river ecological management of theory, technology and practical, this paper analyzes all kinds of river regulation technology and applicable scope, and build a set of comprehensive ecological river regulation mode including design, construction technology and management.Ecological evaluation is the important part in river management. The problem in river ecosystem can find through ecological evaluation, in order to provide direction for river management. And river ecosystem evaluation index system is the basic technology of ecological evaluation.This paper also selects the water conservancy function, ecological water requirement, water quality, river habitat, biological communities and management of six indexes; establishes a set of river ecosystem evaluation index system, through the study of existing river ecological evaluation data. The index system can quantified evaluate the state of river ecological system, and through weights analysis get judgment ecological river system for good, general or poor conclusion.Finally, it takes Feng River which has been ecological regulated in Dalian Lvshun Technology and Innovation Park as an example, analyzes the adoption of ecological management mode, evaluates the ecological regulation effects of Feng River using established ecological evaluation index system, and puts some suggestion for subsequent management.
