Research Of HVDC Measurement And Control Technology Based On Embedded System

In order to break the blockade by overseas multinational corporation in the High Voltage Direct Current(HVDC) system technology and the goods supply channel, XJ GROUP corporation has developed the high-performance industrial control software and hardware platform (DPS2000 ) by referring to the system structure and function of SIMATIC TDC. DPS2000 can be used for the HVDC control and protection, and other open-loop and closed-loop applications. As an important part of DPS2000 system, this paper researches high-voltage direct current transmission measurement platform based on an embedded operating system.This paper mainly consists of hardware design and software design. On the hardware design, use TI's media processor DSP C6713 as main processor and the programmable logic device XC3S250E FPGA as logic control to complete high-voltage direct current transmission measurement platform. The design details of several modules such as reset circuit design, power design, data acquisition module design, DSP interface circuit design are illustrated. Based on the hardware platform, the related software design of high-voltage direct current transmission measurement platform is discussed, including DSP and FPGA-related peripheral driver debugging, BOOT self-starting and code update & download, the design of operating system's task manager based on DSP / BIOS, completion of Init Mode and System Mode in the measurement system, as well as Normal Mode task scheduling. In addition, the reliability design of electronic product is also studied, including hardware testing and software testing, as well as the entire system reliability testing. Finally the system-level reliability design is completed which improves system stability and life circle.
