Through real-time vehicle positioning, it is reasonable to adjust to traffic routes and thus ease the traffic pressure. To design a good performance of the vehicle positioning navigation system can effectively solve the congestion problem, it has a very important practical significance.Based on GPS technology, DR technologies, and GSM technology, designed a GPS navigation system, can be very good for vehicle positioning navigation system, through the GPS/DR combination of vehicles to locate, through the GSM implementation of communication vehicles and monitoring center. System can complete the vehicle positioning and navigation functions. This paper describes the theory used in vehicle navigation technology based on the analysis of the first law of motion of vehicles and the establishment of a mathematical model of vehicle motion, given the system-like equation and observation equation of Kalman filtering system is designed device structure, and gives the GPS and DR data fusion of specific algorithms; and then gives the system's hardware implementation of the GPS module selection and design of the GPS module, peripheral circuits, electronic compass selection and design of electronic compass of the external circuit, designed with the mileage meter controller interface circuit, and each part and monitor the on-board part of the controller selection and design of its peripheral circuits, and details are given in the system FPGA part of the detailed development process; Finally, the hardware platforms on the system software development, design various hardware modules of data processing programs, data compilation procedures, radio communications procedures.After completing the system hardware platform the build and the software development, through carries on the related experiment, has carried on the test to system's localization performance and the stable performance, has tested time system's GPS static state data output characteristic after separately and passes through filter's data characteristic, and carried on both the comparison, the filter effect has been very ideal, simultaneously carried on the comparison to the DR data after filter's around characteristic, the filter effect has been good, after finally GPS and DR union, obtained the overall localization information to locate the method precision independent employment any kind to be higher than, the combination effect was obvious. Simultaneously has done the system stability trial, through transmitted and accepts the localization information test system's stability massively, in the experiment process has transmitted nearly hundred group of empirical data, has not presented a time error code the situation, indicated that the system had the very good stability. |
