This topic comes from Harbin Engineering University, 211 projects, "Fin electric servo system test device" issue. Fin now turn fin drive system uses a servo system. With the electric servo systems are also installed in the fin, but the electric motor servo system for more stringent control of torque.In this paper, the ship rolling motion analysis, the current study used the ship characteristics of the model are largely linear, linear model simple operation, and under certain conditions, can replace the actual system of complex dynamic non-linear model. In the modeling process, first through the establishment of the motor to build the simulation model, respectively, and the conventional PID tuning based on genetic algorithms for PID control algorithm carried out under the control of the system simulation. The results showed that: Based on Genetic Algorithm-tuning PID control method in the control performance and robustness in terms of greatly superior to conventional PID controller, high-performance control system more responsive to the quality system requirements. This is also based servo control system designed using the control algorithms and filtering algorithm to establish the goal.
