In reinforced concrete buildings and structures, especially the short column in the first story of high-rise building. Middle tie steel bars, compound helical hoop and compound rectangular hoop have been allocated to satisfy demand of anti-seismic performances. And this placing style of steel bars is complicated, difficult, to construction and demanding much money, ignoring restrain to corner steel. This paper studies a new restrained style of steel bar. Under the precondition of ensuring resist-hear and ductility of reinforced concrete structure, effective combination have been made between helical hoop and S-Clip, it is easy for allocating steel bars and convenient for construction. The reinforcement method also can strengthen the column column hinge, improve ability. It has effect on short column in high buildings and in strong beam weak column in short buildings.In order to validate the validity of this reinforcement,42 models were made according to the difference of style, the difference of ratio of longitudinal reinforcement, the difference of concrete grade. And the resistant capability of the R. C. columns with conventional stirrup contrasted with new type reinforcement by axial test for 42 models. Based on the test of reinforced concrete columns, load-displacement curves and stress-train curves of reinforced concrete columns were presented under the action of axial load. And explicit cognition was generated about the damage process of reinforced concrete columns. According to the test results, the earthquake resistance was analyzed on many such as skeleton curves,ductility factor and so on. The experiment results indicate that new type reinforcement is not only taken full advantage of the material capability and had the same carrying capacity, but also improved the ductility. And it is better to restrain the longitudinal reinforcement.In application, the new type of reinforcement can be used in every reinforced construction, especially be the same with the reinforced concrete piers, which endured high loads, allocated excessive steel bars and arranged dense reinforcement caused difficult to tie. So, this technique have extensive prospect. It is very important to research this application technology for the theory of structure and the development of the technology. |
