Missile telemetry is an important part of the missile measurement and control system. Missile telemetry system can tack and obtain movement information of missile, working state information of the key components and environment information in the development and flight-test of missile, which provides basis for analysis and evaluation of the missile performance, analysis of failure and improvement of the design proposal. The telemetry equipment are further highly-precision, miniaturization and multifunctional, and the performance of telemetry system is further improving, with the development of microelectronics, computer, sensor and communication technology, along with the applications of embedded technology in the military field are becoming increasingly widespread, bringing new opportunities, challenges and changes for telemetry system on missile. The utilization of GPS technology on telemetry system is a significant developing direction of current missile telemetry technology. The combination of external testing in missile flight tests have good prospects, which is a viable means of measurement and has been widely used at home and abroad. CCSDS packet telemetry has more remarkable advantages than PCM telemetry. This paper presents information frame based on CCSDS pocket telemetry.This paper inducts the high-performance 32 bits ARM embedded microprocessor and the real-time embedded operating system into Missile telemetry system,designs it based on the ARM platform,studies the information measurement and fusion of several crucial intelligent sensors.The design of ARM system platform contains hardware and software. The hardware is made up of intelligent sensor modules, S3C2440A processor core module and the external circuit.The software selects uC/OS-II as software design platform and its applications adopts C language programming.This paper mainly measures the information of GPS,three-axis magnetometer and pressure altimeter, and devises the two latter. The layout of three-axis magnetometer is based on Honeywell single/dual-axis magneto resistive sensor HMC1021Z/1022 and monolithic; the design of pressure altimeter consists of digital pressure sensor MS5534B,microcontroller,serial communication module and power module. When surveying the GPS information, this paper presents an analytical GPS information method on the basis of rapid and accurate stack-type by analyzing the GPS output message format.Based on the request of studying information fusion of missile telemetry system, this paper researches and explores the theory of multi-sensor data fusion and the commonly-used integration methods, focusing on the research and analysis of the three fusion algorithms---Kalman filter, centralized Kalman filter and the Federal filter, and makes simulative comparison between the effect of the three fusion algorithm and the Matlab in the PC, obtaining that the integration of Kalman filter is the best. On this basis, then using Kalman filter fusion to devise and stimulate in highly data measured by pressure altimeter and GPS with multi-sensor data fusion, the simulative results show that the height based on multi-sensor measurement owns higher accuracy than the height of single sensor.The task designs the missile telemetry system based on ARM platform, with high precision, small volume and low power consumption, along with good stability and scalability and portability. The introduction of multi-sensor information fusion algorithm can not only get more accurate and reliable measuring results, but ensure the integrity and reliability of the system without increasing the hardware structure of system. Therefore, the research of this task has much significance for the application of ARM embedded microprocessor in missile telemetry system and real-time pre-processing of telemetry measurement on missile.
