The Application Studies On Polymer/SAA Binary Combination Flooding

With continuously developing in the oil resources, the oil development is becoming more hard and hard. Now the TOR is already piecemeal applied and expanded. The polymer flooding and binary combination flooding is being implemented in Gudong of Shengli oil field. The Six BL of Gudong has implemented binary combination flooding, and has acquired approved effect. In this paper, we analyse the feasibility of implementing binary combination flooding in Six BL of Gudong. The analyses results demonstrate that the various sides of Six BL of Gudong is comparatively applicable to implementing binary combination flooding. In the first, we Filter and evaluate the oil displacement systems of binary combination flooding for the Six BL of Gudong, and optimize the polymer flooding scheme according to the test data and digital curves. We finally confirm the field injected scheme and implemented requires. Afterwards, we implement binary combination flooding in Six BL of Gudong. Do entirety regulation to whole BL before implementing. In the process of implementing, we without delay regulate scheme according to parameter changing of injection pressure, WCUT, polymer concentration in produced fluid and so on, and continued optimize scheme, and draw up concretely implementing demands. At the last, we evaluate the economic benefit which is very good. In and abaft the process of implementing scheme, some issues are developed, for example polymer solution keeping viscosity, tubing and SKR RD preserve, how to doing Quaternary oil recovery and so on. These issues will be effort burden in the future.
