In order to advance steel products quality, should decrease steel slag contents inflow into ladle when converter pouring. Roughing slag detection system base on image processing could accuracy estimation roughing slag point, drive baffle proceed skimming task. The purpose of this theme is offering target tracking equipment for roughing slag detection system, through reduction complexity of collective image, advance the precision and processing speed of detection system; Against existent rolled slag phenomena at pouring terminal stage, use Fluent to numerical simulation rolled slag while converter pouring flow, derive the relation of steel slag surface content and steel slag entry reality contents together with steel slag inlet velocity.In the first part of theses is target following design, mostly mager to adjoint video image processing technilogy and automatic control.Objective is through video camera collection moving object image sequence, use image processing, gotten objective'motion parameter, with as reference to control camera always point moving object, make object always located at center of image display regional.Firstly, start with analytical system behaviour, partition system as closed-cycle control system of camera directional and image processing analytical system two part, and on this foundation ascertain control system diagram. Secondly, according to two subsystem accomplished function, partition and attain each function module, analyse and solve some problem when attain function module.
