According to the research, the optimum technics data parameter has been: Reaction pressure is 0.6 Mpa, seriflux sojourn time is 120 mins and the temperature is 150.Because of the arrangement of the experiment, this paper adopts the BP manpower neural network which includes the network structure and study an algorithm. According the orthogonality data as a sample and by using the half water gypsum compression strengths BP nerve network model of the Matlab7.0 software, the model is trained and forecasted time after time. This method can forecast the result before the experiment, which has significance of instructing the experiment and production.By researching the method of making alpha hemihydrate gypsum by using desulfurated gypsum, the study in this paper can not only respond to the request of subtracting pollution in our country, but also solve the difficult problems of treating subsidiary outcome of coal electric power plant. Bringing an economic effect while protecting the environment, the research can realize production, which has guiding significance in terms of exploiting new production and using new sources.
