| The iron ore demand quantity becomes larger and larger with the rapid development of economy in China. On the one hand, the resources of rich ores become shorter and shorter; on the other hand, there are massive hematite mines, which have not been developed and utilized due to their bad separability. Therefore, promoting mineral processing technology is of vital realistic significance and profound historical significance. The ore property and separation technology of hematite in Liaoning Yezhugou are studied systematically in this paper, the combined flow sheet of gravity separation-magnetic separation-flotation and single anti-flotation are separately studied.Research of technological mineralogy of raw ore shows that:the useful minerals are hematite, pyrite and magnetite and the main gangue minerals are quartz and muscovite in the raw ore; Ore texture is mainly granular, ore structures are mainly disseminated, block, acicular, earthy, etc.; raw ore is of low grade, weak magnetic, acid.The research of the flow sheet of gravity separation-magnetic separation-flotation shows that the indexes of shaking table are the iron concentrate grade of 61.75% and the iron concentrate recovery of 76.13% under the condition of the pulp density of 25%, the stroke of 11mm, the pumping speed of 317 times per minute, the dip of 3°, the washing water quantity of 2.5L per minute; the indexes of shaking table are the iron concentrate grade of 66.11% and the iron concentrate recovery of 71.10%; the indexes of high intensity magnetic separation of shaking table middling and tailing of shaking table cleaner are the iron concentrate grade of 36.43% and operation recovery of 70.95%; the indexes of the flotation flow sheet of one rougher one cleaner and three scavengers on the concentrate of high intensity magnetic separation are the iron concentrate grade of 58.16% and the operation recovery of 85.48%; the final indexes are the iron concentrate grade of 64.95% and the iron recovery of 81.04%.The research of single anti-flotation on raw ore shows that the indexes of open-circuit test of flow sheet of one rougher two cleaners and two scavengers are the iron concentrate grade of 62.85%, the iron recovery of 62.09% and the tailing grade of 5.78%.This paper provides technical support for the development and utilization of hematite in Liaoning Yezhugou to some extent. |
