The three-dimensional curve surface sheet forming is a hot problem studied at home and abroad for a long time, whorl-pressure forming, thumping forming, multiple point forming and numerical control single point forming and so on. These forming methods are all geared to the needs of the handicraft means manufacture. But with the rapid prototyping technology appearing, the model design has provided one kind of brand-new design procedures to machinery of industry design. Owing to such one kind of idea, the subject has exactly been a good design method having suggested, which based on the dyadic maser-slaver isomerism 10 system and the technology of single point incremental forming.The computer controls the single point forming implement by program on a simple tool, with the trajectory it carry out continuous plasticity forming operation, and it applied broadly to plate metals forming.
