Multi-cities in central Liaoning are important to polity,economy,culture of Liaoning and northeast area.But the air quality of this area is bad and it affects health in body and mind, seriously restricting continual development of economy in this area. Recently, governments administer polluted circumstance and strictly control contamination gross of air, the air quality of Multi-cities is also goodish. An important cause is that some weather systems affect diffuse ability of air boundary to air contamination. Changbai mountain anticyclone is one of thus weather system. As regional weather system, Changbai mountain anticyclone obviously varies in daytime and always contacts to some material landform. Being restricted by bigger weather course, annual frequency,protracted scale and intension of Changbai mountain anticyclone are different. Affected by Changbai mountain anticyclone, multi-cities in central Liaoning always have contrary temperature,thin wind and obviously effect of "big cover". Because air diffuse ability is bad, contamination accumulates easily and thickness of air contamination is high, seriously affecting air quality of city environment.The problem works over multi-cities in central Liaoning and makes use of observed data of ground,upper air and long-term monitoring data of air contamination. Basing on mid scale weather mode and air diffuse-transportation mode, the problem simulates frequency,protracted scale and intension of Changbai mountain anticyclone and opens out the affection to air contamination of multi-cities in central Liaoning. The results displayed that intention change of Changbai mountain anticyclone has some indicative meaning to air contamination of multi-cities. After changing the landform, the relatively heavy Changbai mountain anticyclone was obviously weakened, level airflow convergence disappearing, wind speed becoming bigger and intensity of inversion decreasing in multi-cities of central Liaoning after the terrain height changed, which was advantageous to transport and diffusion of the pollutants. The simulated result also indicated that the pollutants concentration had obviously reduced,and so the experiment better revealed the influence mechanism on Changbai mountain anticyclone to atmospheric pollution of multi-cities in central Liaoning.
