| With the development of pipeline transportation in the petroleum industry, the more and more frequent accident of pipeline leakiness are caused by the ageing and rot of pipeline, and other unexpected natural or artificial reasons, it made a huge threat to people's life property and the living environment. therefore, leak detection technology becomes an important guarantee for the safe operation of pipelines and the decrease of economic losses. Fiber temperature-sensing technology is used to detect pipeline leaks in the foreign petroleum transportation industries, in order to seting fiber sensing in less and gaining monitor extent in wider, research the variation law of the soil temperature field formed by the buried oil and gas pipeline leaking. In this paper, the soil temperature field around oil and gas pipelines has been taken as the research object, carry out research as following based on a large amount of document and information:1. The transfer mechanisms of heat and mass between fluent and soil and fluid of soil pore have been researched based on introducing the theory of poronsmedium and multiphaseflow and considering the unsaturation of soil poronsmedium. multiphase flow model and poronsmedium model have been given combined with processing method of FLUENT poronsmedium.2. The simplified physical model and the heat transfer model of the soil temperature field before the pipeline leaking have been given based on the study on the soil temperature field of the predecessors. mathematic model and boundary conditions after the pioeline leaking have been builded after analyze the seepage field and temperature field and consider soil poronsmedium.3. The three-dimensional experiment model and the simulation parameters have been builded, the three different transport media pipeline have been simulated, the simulation results have been compared and analied with experimental results, the correctness of the model are verified. Soil temperature field formed by four different water ratio of oil pipeline leak have been Simulated, the influence of the water ratio of oil to soil temperature field have been analied.4. The model of actual transport oil engineering have been established, the function relation between the leakage and soil temperature have been builded. the model of soil temperature field around the natural gas pipeline have been builded, the variation law of soil temperature field after the gas pipeline leakage and the influence of pressure to soil temperature field have been analied.Studies shows that the variation trend of soil temperature field before and after the oil pipelines leak is same as the natural gas pipeline,s, so the commonality of the mathematical model have been proved. The influence of the moisture content of oil, the leakage velocity and the transportation press of nature gas to the soil temperature field have been obtained. the theoretical basis for the fiber sensor arrange have been provided. |
