| The process of coagulating and depositing in water purification plant usually uses coagulation of Aluminum, so the sludge involves a large mount of Alum. Therefore to recover and reuse the sludge, not only make the resources reuse effectively, but also avoid the secondary pollution. Ultrasound is a mechanical elastic waves, some characteristics of ultrasound often be used in water treatment and have good results.First, in the paper we used the method that sulfuric acid acidulate the Sludge from the Water Supply Plant to recover the aluminum in the sludge. The results showed that: in the acidic conditions, aluminum can quickly dissolved out from the sludge;And in the experiment some factors such as pH, whip, temperature and time can affect the recovery of aluminum.Next, the paper researches that in the ultrasonic environment the effect of recovery of aluminum in the sludge used the method that sulfuric acid acidulates the Sludge from the Water Supply Plant. The result shows that: The effect of ultrasound cooperating with sulfuric acid can increase largely the rate of recovery of aluminum. In the experiment, some factors such as some characteristics of Ultrasound, pH, whip, temperature and time have an important effect on the rate of recovery of aluminum. |
