Metal corrosion occurs all the time in our lives around, as a convenient galvanized metal anti-corrosion technology is widely used in industrial production, such as the shipbuilding industry, power transportation, machinery manufacturing. With the continuous development of society, because of the traditional zinc coating the corrosion resistance of the first, high hydrogen embrittlement, and other toxic passivation process to the cause of the environment, seriously hampered the development of electric galvanizing process. In order to develop excellent performance, and the process is environmentally friendly plating process, in the past 30 years, the composite electrodeposition process has been rapid development.Composite electrodeposition coating has excellent corrosion resistance, without passivation coating, etc., in the past 30 years has been widely developed. By using a different mixing method, different mixing speed, mixing process to study the influence of composite electrodeposition of the plating solution flows. The paper used by the mixing method include a propeller mixing, air stirring, stirring the bath circulation, which, Futaba monolayer, Futaba double, Clover monolayer, Clover double four kinds of double paddle, different studies stirring blade shape, stirring speed and distance paddle at the bottom of the sink, get under the influence of different circumstances for stirring the plating solution flow, the air stirred study the effects of different ventilation flow of the plating solution, the bath circulation mixing of different circulation rate and inlet and outlet in a different position on the plating solution flow impact.This article documents the plating solution flow cross-section at the cathode tip 5cm stirred by PIV velocimetry, use Gambit software modeling plating bath, while using Fluent commercial software, using standard k-ε equations and VOF model, an iterative method and its numerical simulation calculation, the different circumstances stirred flow field flow average speed and maximum speed, The resulting flow field utilizing the average flow velocity and the maximum flow rate to evaluate the influence of different flow field flow of stirring.
