Nitrogen heterocyclic compounds play an increasingly important role in pesticides and medicine, such as thiazole, pyridine compounds, due to its biological activity in medicine and pesticide research. This paper studies the synthesis and biological activity of novel pyridine bithiazole compounds. Thesis includes following four aspects.First, summary of pyridine compounds and thiazole compounds were reviewed on pharmacology and pesticides research.Second,34 pyridine bithiazole amides,22 pyridine-linked thiazole esters and 4 other pyridine-linked thiazoles were prepared by cyclization, substitution, condensation reaction, cysteine hydrochloride and cyano-substituted pyridine compounds used as raw materials. Their reaction conditions were discussed, and optimized.Third, the novel pyridine bithiazole amide, pyridine-linked thiazole esters and other pyridine-linked thiazoles showed inhibitory effect in the growth of pseudomonas, which accumulated data for the creation of new pesticides.Fourth, obvious anti-cancer effect was showed by pyridine bithiazole amide, pyridine-linked thiazole esters in inhibition of DNATopoâ…¡ test.
