| WPC(wood-plastic composites, referred to as WPC) is a class of new composite materials which is melting compounded using wood fiber as filler or reinforced materials and thermoplastic polyolefin as matrix. Nearly, wood plastic composite(WPC) has been a hot spot in the field of wood science and polymer material science.But the interface mechanism of WPC is not good enough. And the whole process from raw materials analysis to the WPC products performance study still need be further researched.In order to reduce production costs and increase production efficiency,increase the competitive advantage of WPC materials, to find an efficient method to improve the interfacial properties WPC has important significance. In this paper, wood fiber with epoxy e51 for pretreatment, and then the preparation of HDPE composites WPC using parallel twin-screw extruder granulation, forming a single-screw extruder sample. Then Analysis torque rheometer, rheometer, mechanical testing and testing water absorption, the influence of epoxy pretreatment of wood flour composites. The main findings are as follows:(1) By analyzing the epoxy resin processing wood flour and clarify the relationship between the amount of epoxy resin and wood powder coating between the state, a comprehensive analysis of the wood-plastic composite wood flour processing system rheology, extrusion, mechanical properties and water absorption resistance of,an epoxy resin obtained optimum amount of about 5% of wood flour(2) Epoxy treated wood flour composite system of WPC rheology of extrusion process(melt pressure) the impact is more obvious, can initially considered surface roughness enhanced modified wood flour in the composite system, the processing of the regulation has important role, which is crucial for understanding the basic problems WPC system.(3) Epoxy wood flour processing agent for enhancing the role of interfacecompatibility MAPE in HDPE having a significant negative effect, indicating that the epoxy resin coating on the porous structure of the closed wood flour reduces the enhancement of MAPE from the reverse proved Niu interface enhancements and proposed role of the porous structure of wood materials synergistic enhancement mechanism is reasonable.(4) limited mechanical properties of epoxy resin processing flour WPC degree of improvement, but its impact on the rheological properties of the system, water absorption and other obvious, simple process, on the basis of this study can also be used on WPC regulatory methodology and process performance. |
