Investigation And Analysis Of Archives Management In Henan Oilfield

This study is based on the current situation of the archives management of Henan Oil Field, analyzed the current situation from the angle of history and development, and put forward proper proposals for the further development.Henan oilfield has experienced four stages, includes the oil and gas exploration, the productivity construction, adjusting and production rising, and stable production and diversified development. In the process of development, it has accumulated a large number of science and technology archives and constructive archives. These are not only the embodiment of the oilfield development process, but also the original records and guidance to the development in the future. This paper first introduces the development of Henan oilfield in time order, positioning the oilfield archives management system, and pointing out the task of present archives management. Then, according to the type and the structure of the archives, it emphasized the systematic and functional. Then, according to the type and the structure of the archives, it emphasised the systematic and functional management from the perspective of the characteristics and function. At the end, aiming at the present problems appeared in the archives management of Henan oilfield, the paper put forward the improvement scheme from the consciousness, technology, system and personnel aspects, making up the loopholes, promoting the archives management development of Henan oilfield.Henan oilfield archives management is always an important part of production, and an essential link of oilfield enterprises’ operation. In such cases, we should give full play to the decision-making role of the archives in the production and construction, ensure the accuracy and efficient of decision, improving core competitiveness. At the same time, we should strengthen team construction, improve service quality and make the files work play a more important role in oilfield development.
