With the development of science and technology, optical devices are required to have a coating structure. in the temperature field, the deformation of the membrane structure got more attention. With the stability and price advantage,K9 substrate of Al film reflector,in an optical system, have been widely used, the digital speckle correlation method, under a variety of temperature field of metal silver film and aluminum metal films on K9 substrate mirror deformation experiment research is carried out, combined with digital speckle measurement mechanism, repeated testing, metal film structure uniform temperature field under the strain distribution and variation.Considering the high reflectivity of the metal film and the surface finish, a new method is proposed to fit the digital speckle measurement method. Based on the deformation results under different temperature field of metal film, the analysis and interpretation of temperature should be force under the action of membrane structural strain field distribution of the uneven characteristics, and gives the low and high temperature conditions of membrane structures under the maximum strain variation with temperature, linear and fluctuation two temperature of regional characteristics.According to from the stripping of the membrane structure in the substrate temperature field in metal film deformation experiments were carried out, under the condition of high temperature film spalling deformation, combination of thin film deposition and growth process, because of the lattice parameters and thermal expansion coefficient mismatch and fast coagulation of tissue defects, in the film to produce a certain residual should force characteristics, high temperature film spalling, large deformation mechanism was analyzed. At last, through the comparison of the two kinds of metal film materials in a uniform temperature deformation, analyzes the performance of metal silver is sensitive to temperature; and the secondary heating process respectively,compared to the first heating and secondary heating film deformation difference,analysis is given by the second heating low temperature deformation insensitive features.Through the metal aluminium film reflectors of Daheng new epoch Technology Co,Ltd, silver film reflector, test, application of digital scattered speckle correlation method,the deformation of two kinds of metal film audience analysis and get some meaningful results, can provide the experimental basis for the plating membrane material design,device fabrication and evaluation and other aspects.
