| The economic development of China in a extensive way has caused a lot of serious ecological problems over these years. Meanwhile, waste of energy and low efficiency in using resources are common. It is vital for Chinese sustainable development of the economy that engineers pay much attention to consider and improve the production efficiency and environmental protection in project design and actual work.Conductive hot oil furnace,as one kind of energy-efficient heating equipment, is popularly used in various professionals.Compared with other industrial boiler, conductive hot oil furnace also has featured with strong coupling, large lag, nonlinear and multi-variable, etc. Depend on the mentioned features, single PID is difficult to achieve satisfactory effect in actual situation. It may cause low combustion efficiency, and larger fuel energy consumption,as well as unstable combustion process. Even,the settled goals of oil temperature is difficult to realize. An accurate temperature control of heat unit is needed during combustion.and it is important to control the furnace with the advantages of stability, low energy efficiency. The methods of temperature control are a meaningful topic.During conductive hot oil furnace combustion operation, how to control gas opening scale according to the export oil temperature is the key issue. Under the background with YangLing liquefied natural gas (LNG) hot oil furnace and incinerator control system, paper figures out the solution to solve the large-lag issues in oil temperature control. Fuzzy PID control method is offered in this paper to control the furnace. Practice proves that the oil temperature control precision is improved and perfect effect is obtained. Result shows the static error of Fuzzy PID with a better dynamic response is small. This control method is easily realized through the PLC program and WinCC scripts, and has reached ideal control effect. |
