Based on the overview of the characteristics of layered double hydroxide and hydroxyapatite and their developments of synthetic methods and the solid state method at room temperature, the dissertation included following contents:1. Using magnesium chloride, aluminum chloride, sodium chloride and sodium hydroxide as raw materials, the nano-sized layered double hydroxides (LDHs) powders were prepared by the solid phase reaction at room temperature and were modified by means of hydrothermal method. The crystallinity, phase, morphology and particle size of the products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and TG-DTA thermal analysis.2. Using diammonium phosphate, calcium nitrate and sodium bicarbonate as raw materials, the nano-sized hydroxyapatite was synthesized by the solid state reaction at room temperature. The crystallinity, phase, morphology and particle size of the products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and TG-DTA thermal analysis.3. The influence of calcining temperature on the crystallinity, phase, morphology and particle size of the products was studied. X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were employed to characterize the as-obtained hydroxyapatite powders.
