In view of each kind of construction crystal ion and the material characteristic in theJiangsu oil field and in the Jianghan oil field's underground bittern, this thesis researches saltmine scaling tendency during water injection- production. Taking this as the basis, the thesisalso discusses the measures and conditions of antiscaling technology to the pipes of oil field.This research results is applicable to not only the pipes of oil fields, but also the other similarproduction systems.Analyzing with the X-ray diffraction and X-Ray fluorescence, the scaling principalconstituent of the oil field's scale are mixed crystals containing carbonate, sodium chloride,sulfate and silicate. With the Davis-Stiff saturation index (SI) method and Ryznar stabilityindex (RI) method on the pipeline scaling tendency of calcium carbonate scale prediction,calculated that the brine has the formation of carbonate scale trend. With the theory ofOddo-Tomson saturation index modeling the calcium sulfate scaling trend of the bittern,calculated that the brine has the formation of CaSO4·2H2O scale trend.According to the problem of scaling in oil field's pipes, the thesis systemic researchesthe effect of temperature, salinity, pH value on the calcium carbonate solubility (Ksp). On theresult of the analysis of the water sample and scale from Jianghan Salt & Chemical Complex,select the high anti-scaling rate scale inhibitor, the ZB-1 among the 11 sacle inhibitors andmake certain the optimal conditions of use.Finally according to the component of the water samples and scale from Jianghan Salt &Chemical Complex, research on the system of pH value 8.0, NaCl concentration of 90g·L-1,scale inhibitors concentration of 70mg·L-1, the anti-scaling conditions are system temperature30℃, reaction time to reach equilibrium chelation 6h or more, inhibition rate of 94.6%;according to the component of the water samples and scale from Jiangsu oil corp, research onthe system of pH value 9.0, NaCl concentration of 280g·L-1, scale inhibitors concentration of60mg·L-1, the anti-scaling conditions are system temperature 40℃, reaction time to reachequilibrium chelation 6h or more, inhibition rate of 82.5%...
