Based on the extensive outcomes in related fields at home and aboard, the essay combined two phase flow theory with hydrodynamics theory, researched the flow patterns and boundaries between them, and built pressure drop model of downward two phase flow. On this basis of assumptions about the wellbore and formation, this paper got heat loss expression according to heat transfer theory and steam dryness fraction expression according to conservation of energy; and established the steam injection model, combining with pressure drop model. In order to verify the model's accuracy, we programmed to compare the new model and Beggs-Brill method with the measured data of S56-11-15 and other wells of Shengli Oilfield. The paper analyzed the steam quality sensitivity, the steam pressure sensitivity and the steam mass flow rate sensitivity. When steam parameters of the wellheand are different, the changing regularity of bottom steam parameters were researched. Through above analysis, more reasonable parameters of steam injection can be chosen. Furthermore, based on the steam injection model of round tube, the steam injection model of annular tube was simply introuduced.
