Armour cyanogen chrysanthemum acid is a kind of important pesticide intermediates, its products of moisture content of white powder, and strict demands on water content. Improvement including: temperature hard to control when we used the Fenpropatheric acid powder dry goods, material easy sublimation, excessive energy usage and have serious environment pollution, the drying process of technological improvement has become a problem to be solved at present.Paper detailed analysis of the domestic and foreign powder dry industry development present situation, compares the commonly used in industrial production, puts forward the advantages and disadvantages of dryer with vibration fluidized bed drier as the core of the closed-end new armour cyanogen chrysanthemum acid drying process, and carried on the detailed process calculation, determine the key equipment - the basic technical parameters of the vibration fluidized bed. Paper establish micro sieve nets numerical model, using PHOENICS numerical simulation software, the vibration fluidized bed internal airflow through sieve flows numerical calculation, got its pressure distribution and velocity distribution was studied and the bed screen mesh, the flow of air layer materials existing resistance characteristic. On the analysis of the screen and bed layer material pressure drop coefficient is established, on the basis of overall vibration fluidized bed of numerical model, the flow of air in the fluidized bed internal numerical simulation, won the overall flow velocity and pressure distribution and velocity vector diagram, reveals the internal air flow in the movement rule of fluidized. By changing the number and position of the intake and exhaust mouth of the whole model of vibration fluidized bed , and analyzed the influence of internal air flow of the inlet and outlet in the bed. Provides reference for the following optimization design of fluidized bed. The new drying technology of Armour cyanogen chrysanthemum acid can effectively reduce the heat consumption, save the energy, and improves the environment of operator working, has the extremely vital significance in both energy conservation and environmental protection.
