As a new energy coalbed methane (CBM) already in the United States, and thedevelopment and utilization of successful it will also be the new Chinese replace energy. Theexploration and development of coalbed methane on our national economic development, ithas important meaningto improve China's energystructure, promote our countrymainlywithcoal energysystem graduallytothesustainabledevelopment of environmental friendlymodelchanges, formingnewcleanenergyindustry. This article is in foreign and domestic coalbed methane exploration survey based on thedevelopment status, analyzes the different ways of CBM development techniquecharacteristics and technical advantage and the existence question, and application situationand application effect, and according to different development way technology, processrequirement, from geology, reservoir, terrain and investment aspects of main developmentway adaptability. FanZhuang blocks from improving CBM development benefits, andcombined with FanZhuangblocks on the special landform features and coal seam of geologiccondition, and adjacent CBM data about the analysis and comparison of CBM development,FanZhuang conventional vertical drilling and slimhole vertical drilling technique scheme isevaluated, recommend according to adopt volume choose corresponding vertical Wellsscheme. In conventional horizontal well drilling plan and multiple branching horizontal welldrilling plan to evaluate, recommends the horizontal well how branch. Well drilling plan forplexus type evaluated, recommend using four wells plexus type wells scheme. The results ofthe study FanZhuang blocks to accelerate the CBM development is of great realisticsignificance.
