| Across the technologies for thread processing, whirling is applied widely for all kinds of materials and complicated parts by the advantages of high efficiency, low consumption, cleanliness and so on.At present, few reports have studied the advanced processing technologies and machining devices which are used for the static workpiece large thread of 300mm in diameter, 22mm in pitch. In order to solve the problem of large acme thread machining for cable anchorage, this paper studies a special whirling CNC machine tool, and virtual simulation analysis of this machine tool 3D digital model. By this method, it can increase the success rate of manufacture, and solve the most urgent and critical problems that enterprises face.First of all, across recent researches of whirling, the first chapter mainly discusses design plans of special whirling machine tool. And the second chapter researches on the theory of whirling, and analyzes the problems rising in the process by the outer whirling. Depending on the theory of inner envelope whirling, the special whirling CNC machine tool is researched. Secondly, the third chapter introduces the machine tool structure and machining process flow diagram of anchorage large acme thread by the special whirling machine tool in detail. The mathematic model of special whirling machine tool is built, and the calculation formula of cutter center track is deducted. Once more, whirling head which is the key parts of special whirling machine tool is dynamically researched, and the method is given in assessing the models'dynamic peculiarity. And then, the whole whirling machine tool system's dynamic and static characters are analyzed. From the result, we can intuitively judge whether the design meets the required standards. And it should benefit for the further research. Final, the research results and innovations of this subject were summarized. The paper pointed out current problems in study and improvement method in future. And future research and development prospects of special whirling machine tool are too forecasted.Through the study of this subject, those research methods and results not only lay a foundation for the design of machine tools, but also have important guidance function and reference value for design and production of enterprises. |
