In this work, research development and movement tendency of Ti(C,N)-based cermets were reviewed,and impact of their organizations and properties with different element were discussed. By optimization of crafts and parameter,we prepared samples of Ti(C,N)-based cermets ,and the influence of Ni,Cr content of Ti(C,N)-based cermets with mechanical properties and the preventing oxidation were studied.By my work,After being sintered, we study with Ni,Cr content of Ti(C,N) based cermets and technics of being sintered, then we test hardness and TRS of samples of Ti(C,N)/NiCr based cermets. And we find the general properties of the sample A(34.1% TiC-10%TiN-32%Ni-6.5%WC-16%Mo-0.8%C-Cr3C2),C(34.1%TiC-10%TiN-25.6%Ni -6.4%Cr-6.5%WC-16%Mo-0.8%C-Cr3C2) are very predominant After being sintered at 1410℃.We investigated dispersion of properties of different compositions by methods of maths,then found dispersion of properties of the sample A and C were smaller.On basis of this research , The samples are kept at oxidized temperatures of 1000℃for 20 hours oxidized time and Then we find surface of the sample A is loosen,the sample C is dense. By calculating rate of weigh gain after oxidization ,we found: the oxidation rate of increased weight of the sample C NiCr/Ti(C,N)-based cermets is less with the sample A.Then we tested TRS of samples after oxidization,and researched changes of mechanical properties of Ni,Cr content of Ti(C,N)-based cermets,so that we found the sample C whose TRS have 2000MPa before oxidization also can achieve 1155MPa after oxidization ,and the sample A whose TRS have 2000MPa before oxidization only achieve 886MPa after oxidization.It is indicated from the Microscopic analysis of the oxidized film that, when oxidized above 1000℃,the oxidized film surface of NiCr/Ti(C,N)-based cermets A mainly is composed by granulated NiTiO3 and TiO2; and the oxidized film surface of NiCr/Ti(C,N)-based cermets C mainly is composed of NiCr2O4 with stability by granulated。...
