| There are more and more widespread applications of the ultra-precision curved optical parts in the aerospace, military and civilian fields, and need to be more accuracy. To acquire high-quality optical parts, people invented varieties of polishing methods. Bonnet polishing technology is a novel computer-controlled small-tool polishing technology. Compared to the traditional polishing method it's practical, economic, high accuracy. Therefore, it has a good applied prospect and worthwhile to be studied profoundly.In order to further improve the accuracy of bonnet polishing, we decide to use 3-PRS parallel mechanism for the bonnet polishing. The numerical control system of bonnet polishing machine is the key to high quality optical parts, for polishing process requirements, develop CNC system of 3-PRS parallel machine tool, including three aspects ,as human-machine interactive function, CNC motion control, PLC control system.In this paper the development of domestic and international bonnet polishing technology is reviewed firstly. Compared kinds of CNC System, we decided to use PA8000 open CNC system. Then according to the requirements of bonnet polishing principle, process, machine structure and the activity, for the practical application of engineering, CNC requirements of polishing machine is analyzed and planned the. Secondly, the structural of bonnet polishing machine ,because of the kinematics modeling is the most basic tasks of parallel machine tool and a basic condition of the NC system is studied, on the 3-PRS Parallel kinematics machine tool, inverse and positive solution is modeled, developed the algorithm procedures by using C language program, analyzed positive and inverse algorithm program real-time requirements is coincidence.Then combining the characteristics of PA system, proposed 3-PRS Parallel machine tool control module's overall planning, and complete the PLC, HMI of bonnet polishing machine tool research and development use of PA systems in real time CNC control module Compile Cycles Open the machine's parallel interface function, to form a dynamic link library embedded into the PA system, the core control strategy to achieve the machine's parallel motion control.Finally, integrated bonnet polishing machine tool control system, and completed the experimental, the results verified the CNC controlled polishing motion control is accuracy. |
