Drillability is a Physical quantities which measures bottom drill crushes rock resistance,Containing the rich information,namely comprehensive embodiment of strata,also reflects the nature of current process and technical factors.Due to the underground complex lithology,cores change is big,it is impossible to the whole formation coring,difficulty establishing continuous profile.Therefore,how to apply drillability of rocks in different layer segment design construction parameters and improve its drilling machine penetration rate to reflect the underground complex conditions,analysis and judgement complex type,finally realizes the digital drilling,become the research rock drillability application of a big trend.This article in view of the above questions of layered rock drillability prediction and application of integrated theory were studied. Firstly,According to the drilling Wells already key logging data and the core material,through indoor experiment obtain strata rock drillability interpretation models,And according to the drillability level of stratigraphic body interval value direction section,Mutative scale analysis (namely R/S analysis) determining the related logging data shows the fractal characteristics;Fractal interpolation theory directly to the primitive logging information crosswell interpolation,formating strata rock drillability logging parameter distribution field,And will be established rock drillability interpretation models generation going into the logging parameter distribution field,obtaining strata rock drillability distribution field and draw the daqing district rock drillability transverse distribution laws.Secondl,Layer segment forecast with drilling stratigraphic lithology,Trying to dig rock drillability mineral composition and rock the relationship between the rule,Establishes a mathematical relationship model,And real-time performance and optimizing drilling rheological parameters.In order to keep the sidewall chemical stability to provide scientific guidance.Finally,through a lot of field test and indoor test,Using multiple regression analysis and principal component analysis and statistical analysis method,Were established based on the formation of the cone bit drillability and PDC bit mechanical drilling speed mode,And layered section optimization design for mechanical parameters and hydraulic parameters.
