The Evaluation Of The Technological Innovation Eco Environment In Northeast Communication Equipment Industry

The communication equipment manufacturing, as one of the hi-tech industries in our country, played an important role in the national economy. According to the data in , indicated that the gross output value of the communication equipment manufacturing in our country was up to 853.13 billion in 2009 year. Compared with the Changjiang Triangle Area and the zhujiang Triangle Area, the development of the communication equipment manufacturing in the northeast was comparatively slow. There were significant differences between other two areas, no matter in the number of enterprises or the scale of enterprises. This made the northeast communication equipment manufacturing always in a weaker position in the process of the market competition. It had been the hot spot to be discussed by domestic and foreign specialists which how to implement the upgrade of industries of the northeast communication equipment manufacturing. For the high complexity of this problem, some domestic scholars analyzed the industrial result of the northeast communication equipment manufacturing form the angle of industrial structure, some scholars analyzed the institutional predicament of the northeast communication equipment manufacturing at present from the angle of the industrial system innovation. And the other scholars analyzed the competitive of the northeast communication equipment manufacturing from the angle of competitiveness evaluation. Although they both received much research results, but the research were all analyzing during just one side, there was less grasp for the whole developing situation of the whole manufacturing.This article based on such a background, made use of Application of Niche Theory, gave an objective comment on the environment of technology of the communication equipment manufacturing in the Changjiang Triangle Area and the zhujiang Triangle Area. And based on the niche ecostate-ecorole theory, established an Evaluation System of the environment of technology innovation of the communication equipment manufacturing from four angles: niche situation, niche competition, niche symbiosis and niche evolution, found the key factor to influence the development of the communication equipment manufacturing by means of statistical methods, and gave a comment on the development of the industry in that three areas. On this basis, found the key factor to restrict the development of the communication equipment manufacturing by comparison, and combined the relative theory, propounded a practical policy to progress. We hoped that through the study of this paper, we could achieve a fuller understanding to understand the environment of technology innovation of the communication equipment manufacturing and found the key factor to influence the development of the communication equipment manufacturing. And provided reference value to use the succeed experience of the Changjiang Triangle Area and the zhujiang Triangle Area by the northeast areas.
