Modern cold-rolled strip steel technology is a very important and in widely used technology in the production of cold-rolled strip, cold-rolled strip mill, as a mother machine of producing cold-strip steel, its performance directly affects the rolling system of product quality. Currently, the design and research and development in cold-rolled strip mill of several major foreign supplier of metallurgical equipment lead farther, the equipment they produce around the world have been many large iron and steel production enterprises. China previously imitates foreign on the mill R&D study, and in contrast of the level of foreign equipment design, there is still a considerable gap. For most of the major rolling equipment design is at the stage of transformation, its design philosophy and the design mechanism are still not enough rational knowledge.This paper is from a stock company and Chongqing University collaborative research the actual scientific research. In connection with technology characteristics of reversing 6-h cold rolling mill, combined with rolling process management and the mill design mechanism, establish a rolling schedule of reversing cold rolling mill, the tension system and the speed of the system mathematical model and correspond calculation software for the designer work out quickly and accurately process chart; according to the process rolling, call MATLAB matrix optimization tool in the toolbox, optimize the key structure parameters of the mill; The optimized parameters will to be passed in the way of data flow control chart to the mill control chart, and obtain the other structural parameters of the mill; Finally, using the object-oriented programming language C++, combining the API which is provided by Autodesk Inventor software, program the software system of platform of parametric aided design basing on reversing cold rolling mill of strip.In the process of development rolling speed, It gives full consideration to the annual output and motor speed range of requirements, the use of high-level programming language design optimization formulation of the speed of iterative algorithms, based on rolling force and energy parameters to calculate the power-driven roller, providing a reference for the motor selection. The design changes the electrical power before any estimates, further development of rolling speed and checks motor power of the traditional design method, and has a certain novelty. In the control chart design, pioneers the rollers, bearing, cylinder block, and mill roll bending block fusion in a key part of the control chart parameters, when the roll diameter changes, through the parameters of the control chart, the size of these key components are quickly obtained, and achieves rapid development mill to improve product competitiveness.
