| The general situations of cobalt resources at home and abroad were analyzed,according to the characteristics of low concent of cobalt with purities,four-step flow-sheet were put forward to Yunan low grade magnetite,that is:Preparing materials-leaching-purification-seperation,and the steps were discussed.The result of cross experiment shows that acidity of H2SO4 contribut the strongest influence to Leaching rate of Cobalt,the following is extraction time,the last is extraction temperature,and the influence of acidity is much more stable than that of extraction time and extraction temperature.Raise acidity of H2SO4 and extraction temperature can improve Leaching rate,the rate can reach 91.56 percent on the condition of 100℃extraction temperature,45% acidity and 3h extraction time. When H2SO4 is excess,increase amount of H2SO4 has no obvious effect on Leaching rate.The best process is:45% acidity,75℃extraction temperature and 3h extraction time.The experiments indicated that: when the control of ph value to 3.0~4.0, over 99% iron could be separated in the form of ammonium jarosite。95.65% iron were removed under the operational conditions of jarosite-goethite method,and the loss rate of cobalt dropped to 4.7% from 31.3%.the best PH value is 3.5–4.0 when remove Ca and Mg from the low concentration cobaltic solution; The cross experimen of P204 extracting impurity gived the best process: 25%?75%,o/a1:2,saponification rate 75%,then extracted Co and Ni by P507 under the same process,the recovery of Co is more than 97% after four?stage extraction.The total recovery of cobalt is only 60%. financial is not feasible if treat the Tailings only with hydrometallurgy,only by finding an efective benefication method to concentrate valuable paper can we gain economic benefits,and only by this way can we make a comprehensive use of resources. |
