Printing is developing very quickly in recent years. It has become an important industry of national economy. With the development of economy, the quality of printing products in society is getting more and more attention. The printing machine is developing toward to high speed, high quality and high precision. Ink transmission and transfer process is one of the important factors to affect the high speed and high quality of printing products. So keep ink-transfer stability, uniform and moderate, and ensure the good performance of the ink system of printing machine to improve the quality of ink transmission and transfer, It is the key to guarantee the high quality printing products.With the above knowledge, the ink flow process has a great influence on the quality of offset printing and the improvement of printing speed. So in this paper with the characteristics of offset printing, do simulation analysis to the process of ink flow in ink system of printing machine, by using CFD knowledge and fluid simulation software. In this paper, do numerical simulation with CFX, do mesh division with ICEM, do data processing with Origin.Firstly, ink flow field of ink fountain roller is simulated and analyzed. According to the structure of ink fountain roller, establish geometric model with Pro/E, do mesh division with ICEM, finally do numerical simulation with CFX. Through the simulation analysis, we can get various data, speed and pressure value under the condition of different parameters. Contrast analysis results, we can get the ink flow characteristics in different ink fountain roller speed. And the influence of ink flow characteristic in different ink fountain parameters, including ink fountain blade angle and ink opening of the key.Secondly, ink flow field of two ink roller is simulated and analyzed. According to transmission and separation principle of two ink roller, establish simplified mathematical model of single ink area, do mesh division, finally do numerical simulation with CFX. Through numerical simulations, and analyses the ink roller speed, ink roller diameter, entrance and export size of ink flow, their influence on ink flow characteristics. Including the changes of ink layer thickness, the influence on ink-transfer rates, and the influence on ink flow characteristics in the process.Finally, ink flow field of different ink area on two ink roller is simulated and analyzed. According to two ink roller, establish geometry models and grids of different ink area, and simulate and analyze after loading different parameter conditions. In this paper, we emphatically analyze the ink flow characteristics of different ink area on two ink roller. Through numerical simulations, we can get influence on each other of ink movement. And we can get the trend of different ink areas, and the influence on ink flow characteristics. |
