| These superabsorbents were prepared with acrylamide as the main monomer, three kinds of high hygroscopicity resins were synthesized as fellows: 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid/acrylic acid/acrylamide/polyvinyl alcohol, bentonite/acrylic/acrylamide/2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid and the sodium base bentonite compound polypropylene amine. The salt-tolerant and adsorption performance of resin was studied by physical and chemical modified methods.The 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid/acrylic acid/acrylamide /polyvinyl alcohol (AMPS/AA/AM/PVA) superabsorbent was modified by plasma under ambient temperature and pressure conditions. The results showed that the plasma treatment can significantly improve the salt- tolerances property of SAP obviously, as well as the optimal modified conditions: discharge power was 60 W; duration of discharge was 2 min; the water-absorbent resin mesh was 80. The 0.9% NaCl solution absorptivity of SAP which was modified by plasma treatment was raised 13.33%.The acrylic/acrylamide/2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid superabsorbent was modified by adding bentonite with microwave-assisted aqueous solution synthesis process. The capacity of bentonite/AA/AM/AMPS was studied. The results showed that the optimum ratio of bentonite, AM, and AMPS were 25%, 30%, 20% in the resin synthesis processes. The resin adsorption rate of Pb2+ was 84.34%, the adsorption capacity was 8110.85μg/g; 2 mol/L hydrochloric acid as eluent elution of resin regeneration, the regenerated resin adsorption rate of Pb2+ can still maintain more than 62%, and the adsorption capacity of Pb2+ was 7153.75μg/g.The sodium base bentonite compound polypropylene amine superabsorbent was prepared by aqueous solution synthetic method. Sodium bentonite in preparation of resin was introduced. The absorbing water test showed that the amount of bentonite was 15 g, the adsorption mesh was 100 mesh, the absorbency of resin was 248 g/g in tap water. The composite resin adsorption performance was discussed by the amount of bentonite and the Pb2+ solution concentration. The highest adsorption efficiency may achieve 99.4%. 2 mol/L hydrochloric acid as eluent elution of resin regeneration, the regenerated resin adsorption rate of Pb2+ still might achieve 86.92%. |
