The paper farther discusses technical process of the aluminum-magnesium alloy motor wheel and its digital realization on the base of existing production.First of all, the article presents the current mechanical-polishing methods about the complex surface, and pointed out their characteristics. Review the whole world polishing technology research and development. Introduce the principle and key technologies of chemical-mechanical-polishing.And then, we visited the cooperation factory, and development the Al-Si alloy aluminum wheel polishing equipment.Secondly, the paper studies two kinds of abrasive polishing machine drum performance, the use of mathematical methods, established mathematical model of the equipment. And it got the polishing equipment effect mechanical parameters. Moreover I carried out the planning process.Thirdly, we did lots of drum abrasive polishing experiments. In the vibration polishing experiments, we used variety of chemical methods such as acid mixture on Al-Si alloy products for pickling, immersion. By some tests, we get a method of environmentally friendly and efficient acid chemical polishing.At the same time, we did lots of experiments used various types of abrasive to determine the processes, equipment and the use of technology parameters. We studied Al-Si alloy mechanism polishing, and chemical-mechanical polishing processing.Finally, the experiment proved that this article described a polishing wheel device and its process planning and technology parameters to meet the domestic market now, and meet the indicators and the requirements. The efficiency of Al-Si Alloy wheel polishing are much higher than the manual polishing.
