| The sustainable development has become more and more highly valued all over the world since it has been found,as the main content of stabilizing economic development and recycling of environmental protection.As one of the three major concered factors of the foreign trade in our economic development, it has become a considerable issue that how we protecting environment while the rapid growing of economic result from foriegn trade.The author adopted both qualitative and quatitative method in analyzing the effectiveness made by internalized environmental cost to the trading competitiveness of our Lead and Zinc. Firstly, the author has qualitative analyzed the index of competitiveness of foriegn trade,the four relative factors and the internalized environmental cost.Afterwards,the author used the EVIEWS model in a quatitative way to conduct the general meaning of the relationship between price and export based on the database from 1996 to 2005. At the same time, this article has compared the former to the price informed after the internalizing.As conclusion, due to the existing index of trading competitiveness without considering environmental issues, the author has adjusted in the specific situation of internalizing into price. After a series of analysis, the author has discovered that there is a sharp downward trend of the trading competitiveness of the Lead after internalizing environmental cost, while the Zinc performed stable as well as to do so. These figures has stated that our Lead will remain the highly amount of exports to overseas while the Zinc will slightly move on to imports. Besides, it has provided a new condition of our industrial development which we are looking forward to further discussing. As the Lead and Zinc both are in the highly polluted and consumed industry, the author realized that we have to use environmental-cost internalized price as a leverage which can lead the Lead and Zinc industry to develop healthily. |
