GO/NaAlg composite fibers combines the advantages of both GO and NaAlg. The GO/NaAlg blend composite fibers can be widely used in medical gauze, industrial immobilized enzyme et al. This paper made two aspects of work as follows:(1) The GO/NaAlg composite fibers of better performance were achieved via wet-spinning mechanism when the concentration of the alginate sodium for 2 %, the concentration of GO is the content of sodium alginate by 4%, the concentration of coagulation bath for 2 % respectively as well as suitable spinning speeds. Through the tensile properties test, the composite fiber strength for 0.62 GPa .The hygroscope text of GO/NaAlg composite fiber shows the absorption rate of physiological brine is 3 times higher than that of water which also indicates that the composite fibers can be used as wound dressing. Through the SEM, we can find that the NaAlg and GO can well mixing, and along with the increase of the content of GO, layered structure can been found obviously. Through the cell text shows that this composite fiber are good biocompatibility of cells, good affinity, and be fit for cell growth and reproduction.(2) The processes of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) immobilized in NaAlg/GO composed fiber were studied in the paper and the optimal condition of immobilization was obtained: concentration of NaAlg 2 %, the concentration of GO is the content of sodium alginate by 4 %, the concentration of coagulation bath for 2 %, the optimal Immobilized time is 3 h, enzyme loaded on the HRP immobilization is 1 U/g. On this basis the characterizations of immobilized HRP that was immobilized under optimal condition were researched. The results showed that the optimum temperature of immobilized HRP was 0.5 pH higher than that of the free enzyme, and pH range change width, There have higher enzyme activity between 4.5 and 6.5. Both the immobilized and free enzymes presented their optimum temperature at 40℃. Under a certain condition, the immobilized HRP was reusable.
