The extensive application of Titanium and titanium alloy wire needs to explore a simple processing method with high quality. The wire drawing with ultrasonicvibration is widly researched because the common wire drawing is a processing with bad process quality,complicated operation and high cost. Wire drawing with ultrasonic vibration which belongs to a kind of ultrasonic plastic processing technology is a new processing technology through transferring ultrasonic vibration to common wire drawing. Based on our previous research, this dissertation introduces the factor affecting mentallic plastic transmutation and the basic of mentallic wire drawing. The theory of ultrasonic drawing was studied and experiments was done on the basis of reading and analyzing a large quantity of correlative references .The factor of the ultrasonic vibration processing to Titanium and titanium alloy wire was researched based on the simulation and experiments.In this dissertation,two kinds of finite element are built based on the Kulun friction law and non-local frction law.Through the simulation of drawing process, influence law of anti-pull to portrait drawing stress is explored and critical anti-pull is soluted. And then compare the friction stress in the process with anti-pull or not based on the two kinds of finite element model. The results indicate that the critical anti-pull can reduce the friction on the wire surface with not changing the portrait drawing stress and also get that the results based on non-local friction law is less than on Kulun friction law.Composite ultrasonic vibration apparatus with composite horn is designed on the basis of one-dimensional and longitudinal vibration locomotory equation of variable cross-sectional bar. Through analyzing the influence of variable cross-section curve and obliquity to ultrasonic vibration performance, the best variable cross-section curve and parameter is gotten, and the vibration modes and characteristics were analyzed for its correct design. composite ultrasonic vibration device with strong power is also designed. The impedance test and match circuit are done after the analysis of transducer's impedance based on the equivalent circuit. For the sake of ensuring wire-drawing experiment's efficiency, vibration measurement of the vibration apparatus is realized by microscope and circuit debugging is done based on the impedance.Finally, Titanium and titanium alloy wire-drawing experiment based on the composite ultrasonic vibration system and reel system is carried out. The experiment is devided into two groups by wether exzerting anti-pull or not. The drawing-force value, surface topography and microstructure topography based on grid-law are also analyzed.
