Research On Safe Shutdown Time Of Heavy Oil Pipeline Of Panjin Pipeline In Liaohe Oilfield

Heavy oil pipeline will inevitably occur in operation process such as natural disasters, electricity, scheduled maintenance, repair and intermittent transmission accident will cause stopping transportation of pipeline. After stopping transportation of heavy oil pipeline, heavy oil temperature will decrease with the extension of shutdown time and oil liquidity will get worse that will lead to stopping transportation restarting pressure increased.If shutdown time is too long, restart-up pressure is beyond the the pressure upper limit of pump that will fail to restart. Therefore, it has important engineering significance to realize safety,efficient,energy-saving transportation of Liaohe oilfield through to certain practical significance for numerical calculation of safe shutdown time of heavy oil pipeline through to research on safe shutdown time of heavy oil pipeline of Panjin pipeline in Liaohe oilfield .In the paper,In view of the characteristics of heavy oil of Panjin pipeline in Liaohe oilfield of low-freezing and high viscosity,the calculation model of the safe shutdown time of heavy oil of Panjin pipeline in Liaohe Oilfield was setted up under the restrictions of heavy oil low-freezing,the pressure upper limit of pump ,the prescript restarting time and the flow rate at the end of pipeline,the numerical calculation method was given. A software on safe shutdown time of the heavy oil long-distance pipeline of Panjin pipeline in Liaohe Oilfield was programmed using VB6.0.Meanwhile,taking the heavy oil long-distance pipeline of Panjin pipeline in Liaohe Oilfield as an example to calculate the safe shutdown time,the result shows the relative error between the calculated and practical values of the safe shutdown time is no more than 10% ,which proves that the calculation model of the safe shutdown time of heavy oil pipeline and the numerical calculation method in the article are feasible.
