The remaining oil and gas reserves in Daqing Oil Field oil are subtle. Part of the external field exploration wells are in a long period of inefficient state. It is needed to format the technology to achieve the protection of a low permeability reservoir and improve the production of a single well. There is complex pressure system in partial block at the same time, well leak problems are more serious. It requires drilling technology in the narrow density window. The most characteristic of Managed Pressure Drilling technology is control bottom hole pressure through back pressure, solve the well leak, well control, sticking and other complex issues, and achieve under balanced drilling by formation pressure to comply the purpose of discovery and protection of the reservoir. Therefore, carry out the research of Managed Pressure Drilling technology is imperative.In this paper, through analysis the geological data and pressure data ,evaluated the feasibility of MPD in the Daqing oil field, described the equipment consists of MPD , the characteristic and the relationship of various devices, and combined with the geological characteristics of Daqing oil field select the MPD technology. This paper introduces the annular hydraulic model of fluid and gas filled two-phase system drilling fluid, proposes amendments to the hydraulic model. It is considered the annulus pressure drop of casing section and naked eye section, based on the original model, taking into the impact of temperature on pressure drop. This paper analyzes the effect wellhead back pressure on the bottom pressure, and gives the method of control back-pressure. It can achieve the precise control of bottom pressure during the MPD drilling. So that the annuluses pressure to maintain the formation fracture pressure and formation pressure before the collapse, to achieve a narrow window of safe drilling. The method can also comply under balanced drilling; fulfill the demands of discovery and protection of the reservoir.
