As the environment problem becomes more and more serious, the openness dust has seriously affected the normal life and technical process with its characteristics like tiny size, high dispersion degree, easily influenced by environmental factors, difficult to capture ,etc. Take the openness dust produced by the unloading process of a car dump as the research object to study the control method of the openness dust. Putting forward the control method of push-pull ionic wind generated by double district electric field,given both considerations to the the unloading process and material properties. A dust control model is setted up and the formula for the migration velocity of dust under the action of electric field force is derived by theoretical analysis. Compared calculations verify the effect of using electric field force to capture the openness dust is obvious. Control effect of the push-pull flow is simulated by CFD,the study finds that control the openness dust from the source by using air curtain to obstruct the diffusion dust in the material funnel can effectively reduce workspace dust concentration,also finds that in the same design parameters,increasing air suction hood will not influence the control effect,that means the air suction hood is not the deciding factor in the push-pull control. Utilizing the dust coagulation phenomenon properly by increasing the pre-charged area and the coagulation area can improve the efficiency of dust collection.
