The harm of cyanic wastewater is enormously because cyanide is the violently poisonous material, and it is very difficult to process it. A brand-new, hopful way of wastewater treatment has been provided with the birth of photochemical catalysis technology. Some toxic substances can be decomposed even thoroughly be decomposed by the semiconductor TiO2 photocatalyst. In this paper, the ILs has been used to prepara modified TiO2 photocatalyst, and carries on photochemical catalysis processing to the simulation including the cyanogen waste water. The main research content is as follows:(1) With microwave two step synthesize hatred river character ionic liquid [Bmim]PF6.(2) Take the ionic liquid as the medium, titanic acid Ding Zhi as the raw material, uses the sol-gelatin legal system to take the TiO2 photocatalyst, and has carried on the attribute with the X-ray diffraction analyzer (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) to it.(3)Simultaneously has studied the ionic liquid amount used, the TiO2 photocatalyst amount used and the crystal allocated proportion, reacting system factors and so on pH value, cyanide initial density, illumination area and intensity, photo source condition and interfering ion contains the cyanogen waste water degeneration process influence to the ionic liquid modified TiO2 photocatalyst catalysis degeneration.(4) Recycle the modified TiO2 photocatalyst that has been used, studies its photochemical catalysis activeness.(5) Load the TiO2 photocatalyst above the zeolite and the modified serpentine, compares two kind of load modified TiO2 photocatalyst through the experiment and the unloaded modified TiO2 photocatalyst catalytic activity, simultaneously enhances the catalyst the recycling use factor.(6) Analyzes in the TiO2 photocatalyst catalysis degeneration waste water the CN-reaction mechanism and the reaction kinetics theory.(7) To uses in the TiO2 photocatalyst catalysis degeneration waste water the CN-original craft to make the improvement, and analyzes its economical feasibility.
