Ki16425, which is one of LPA inhibitor, was synthesized in our previous work based on the patent. H(?)cr, it was found that some steps could not be repeated and controlled. The total yield wa(?)ly 4.78%, which led to the difficulty of industrial production.The wor(?)scribed in this thesis utilised 1-iodo-chlorobenzene as starting materials to synthesize the target compound (Ki16425) via acetylation, reduction, cycliztion, hydrolyzatiorn and rearrangment, etc. All of compounds were characterized by LC-MS and H-NMR. Some uncontrolled steps were explored. The results showed that the yield was increased to 14.9% and the new syntheis route could be operated easily, which are suitable for industry.
